Our Executive and Champion training gives an detailed explanation of six sigma methods, tools and benefits. It will prepare managers for the task of operating in a six sigma environment or for implementing six sigma. The organisation and people requirements along with project selection criteria enables the successful roll out of improvement programmes. Candidates will learn details of DMAIC, quality tools, investigation methods and the use of hypothesis testing amongst other widely used six sigma tools.
